这是唐代李绅《悯农》的第二首，是中国小学生必背的唐诗。这首诗语言朴实无华，浅显易懂，但却十分感人。它借助非常形象的描述，揭示了生活中一个最重要的道理。

Hoeing in the paddy under the mid-day sun, sweat dripping to the soil underneath the plant. Who knows that the meals in our plates, every morsel comes with toil and pains.
